Default Nakamura WY250 tool geometry & work offset

    Hello,

Need help with Z tool geometry & work offset on Nakamura WY250 Supermill lathe. FANUC 31i model A.

Does anyone have experience on this type of machine and the best way to set tool geometry without toolsetter? The machine does not have a toolsetter, it has double revolvers and subspindle, both turrets can work on both spindles at the same time but I can't figure out how to set tool geometry on Z and work offset. Would like to use G54 as main spindle zero point and just change that value depending on stickout from spindle collet for machining with Iemca barfeeder.
