I have a MP 8400 and the tool offset page will only let me put in +or- .500. If I put -5.743 and hit enter, it still puts -.500. On the Fixture offset page, I can put -5.700 under the Z setting, but it ignores it. It does pick up the X and Y setting, but ignores the Z. This started happening after the 2 AA batteries died. Anyone know what might be the problem?
I actually find out that the machine is ignoring the Fixture Offset settings. G4501 is in the program, but not matter what numbers I enter in Fixture offset under X, Y, or Z, the machine goes to the exact same positions. What would make the control not read the offsets?
