Clogged oil lines, Leadwell MCV OP CNC Mill

Hi guys.

Its been slow progress again, this time with the lubrication lines.
So the lubrication lines are blocked, I have pulled a few lines out and unclogged them but the other lines are difficult to access.
I have cleaned out the oil tank, replaced the oil pump motor and is working well but unfortunately the X and Y line are blocked and im hesitant to use the machine until these lines are ok. (I have manually oiled the X Y slides)
So just wondering is there a cleaner I can pump through the lines? I read on the internet some people using ATF im guessing that is automatic transmission fluid? Is Kerosene ok? Will this harm the seals or the plastic oil lines?
Any advice would be great, but im really trying to avoid pulling the table off get to the other oil lines.

Are you sure the lines are blocked, normally the oil restrictors are what get blocked and most need replacement as the don't clean out very well

What is the pressure of the oil pump?? most are too low, if you can try some high pressure on the lines with a penetrating oil you may get them clear

You're right about the lines, the lines are ok but the restrictors are very blocked. Like crap cacked in there really bad. I managed to pull them off and cleaned them which was very hard to get to.
I prefer to replace them because i dont want to put them back in and have to remove them again so soon.
Where would i buy these? I know the restrictors have M8 metric thread.

So to do this properly i decided to take the table off and replace all the plastic oil tubes.
I found a company called Enzed who make hoses and hose end fittings.
I don't think the oil pressure is that great in these tubes.
Also while at this point the linear slides are a bit noisy.

Looks like it needs a major cleanup, Enzed have been around for 50 Years they used to only specialize in Hydraulic lines and fittings, your tubing is nylon, and you can get that at most pneumatic cylinder / fitting's suppliers as well if they don't have it, a lot of machines use 4mm or 3/32" nylon tubing the larger flexible tubes, you will most likely have to use the same ends and have new hose attached with new crimp sleaves which Enzed may not have, sometimes you have to custom make the crimp sleeves, you may get lucky and be able to use what they have for those hoses

I should mention the linear slides are a little noisy. Maybe i should look at replacing them but not too sure where i would find them for a Leadwell MCV OP

Linear Rails and Bearings have good standards so any company that sell Linear rails and Bearings will be able to match them up, if you can't find a manufacturers name on them there will be a number on the Linear Bearing that will indicate what you have and in most cases who made them

So I have cleaned out my mill, vacuumed all the swarf, wow what a terrible job.
I pulled out one of the linear bearing slides, some of the balls fell out of it.
I guess now I'll take the linear bearing slide to a shop and match it, hopefully they still sell them this type.
The ball screw doesn't seem to have any play or slop in it as i pushed it by hand, not sure the correct way to check.
Couple of the cables pass through here as well for the limit switches, i will replace the cables as well while i have access to them.
I think the part number on the slide is 2F180012 as in picture

Hi guys.

So I have decided I will replace the linear bearings and rails because the bearing are quite noisy. I have removed the table to replace the nylon oil lines which is all done and decided yeah ill replace the bearing and rails while im in this position and have access.
To make certain the new rails are straight should i use a dial gauge? Place the dial gauge on the new linear bearing and run it along the opposing rail by hand?
Any advice would be great, i haven't started yet but i have bought new rails and 4 linear bearings.

Not the best brand but should be ok. Taiwanese which is the same as the machine itself.

Thats a good company they manufacture quality Ballscrews, so their linear rails should a good replacement for your machine

Just need to know about installing them, i can easily remove the old and replace with new rails and bearings but I'm concerned about keeping the rails parallel.
If you can advise or anyone else that would be great.

Is there a shoulder that the rails are up against, (Normally have this) you need a clamping block that will clamp the rail against the shoulder
