I am struggling with a YASNAC MX1 control / MATSUURA MC760-V machine that has been out of commission and relocated to a different country. So far I have been able to restore all tool changer functionality, machine can home all three axis and Z is at ATC position. There are NO ERRORS shown on screen and RDY status is lit. Also LSK but for some reason, MDI will not excecute at all.
I can even send SPINDLE ORIENTATION from the ATC side operator console. but if I try M19 from MDI nothing happens. no errors are generated,
Something that has been bugging me is the fact that I cannot get the TOOL IN SPINDLE change from OO. so the control does not know which tool there is on the spindle, while there is no problem with the Magazine tool registration.
