Trumpf 240 doesn't make the ref

Dear ,

Our machine have a small problem , we changed the small 3.6v battery at power supply card , then we did the 630 reload code ,
and now the problem is that the machine starts , but doesn makes the REF . Keine Reference punkt.
Can anyone help me .
