Z-MAT SL280 CNC - Is it a good purchase?

I'm sorry if I'm not on the right place, but I am about to purchase this CNC machine named Z-MAT SL280, with GSK 988 controller and I want to know if this CNC is any good?

I can't see any reviews online or anything about it whatsoever.

It's my first cnc machine, and I really don't want to make a mistake on the first purchase

Any one have one?
