Traub magazin "step 14"

Hi!

We have got a traub tns 30/42d system tx8t, with stamag DN 42. The machine doesnt work here yet. We would like setting up.. But the magazin doesnt work. It is write the STEP 14 message, and do nothing any button. We have documentation, but not have any information from STEP 14. I would be happy if i get some help or if anyone have documentation from steps.
