Converting a Boxford AUD to CNC

Hi Has anyone converted a Boxford AUD, BUD 4.5" etc.. to CNC?
I have the opportunity to by a machine with a few parts missing which might be a good candidate and looks fairly straightforward.
The Boxford is a clone of the southbend 9"
