Default MAZAK T32-2 Control panel suddenly died

Hy did you solve the problem?
I suddenly lost the power on the control panel, I checked the fuse on the power supply behind the control panel and the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse but I am not getting any voltage on output pins.
There is a 6 PIN output with wires.
    RED/WHITE/BLUE/RED/WHITE/not connected.

The PSU should output +5V(3A)/+12(0.4A)/-12V(0.4A) but Im not sure which voltage goes on which pins.
I was thinking to use PC PSU instead but I need to know which voltage goes on which pin.
If anyone could help that would be awesome.

If anyone can check with multimeter output voltages on the CNP82 connector that would be great.
I tryed to trace the leads and came up with output but Im not sure if its right.

In a meantime drag your question over to Practical Machinist . com. Lots of folks there would still have the Maintenance Manual and could snap a few pics of those schematics for you.
