Down the Rabbit hole. Boxford 240 TCL lathe

I just bought this Boxford 240 CTl CNC lathe pick it up in a few weeks. I am not sure what I've gotten myself in to I have wanted to learn abit about CNC and thought this might be the right avenue. It hasn't been plugged in and I don't know the condition of the control boards.I am hoping I can just run Mach3 with the original controller but I might be in for a retrofit.

i have 2 boxford tcl 240
one has been modified with new electronics, only engine and original.

one and still original, we have only replaced a single board leaving original power drives, if you wish we can write to each other,
