machining accuracy

I would like to do some very fine engraving and be able to use a dia. 0.1 mm end mill for some of the details.

I own a Denford Triac.

1. If I fit a high speed spindle on the side would my cnc milling machine be capable of milling tiny features in steel.

2. What rpm would I require ?
