Hello, The company I work for has a Miyano BNE 51SY lathe, and I'm new to this type of machine. I have limited experience with a dual turret / dual spindle lathe and I'm just trying to get familiar with the m-wait codes. I have ran both heads on the lathe, but not simultaneously. Just wondering if there were any Miyano gurus that could help me wrap my head around the process of structuring the sync process. The sub spindle is B axis, I have done some engraving with the C axis as well as milling with the live tooling, my main problem is trying to sync everything together. Looking for proper program structure in order to get both heads working at the same time. Clearance is not an issue because as most good lathe guys know, clearance is one of the first things you master when working on a lathe. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
