Heidenhain TNC 124 Service manual and PLC tools

Hi. I desperately need help.
A customer of mine has a faulty KiHeung mill with an Heidenhain TNC 124. Controller.
I have tried the Heidenhain website and cannot find the following to continue.
Service manual.
PLC.exe
Plcmon.exe
Can any body please supply links to these.
