Matsuura ra-1f

Have some problems with a Matsuura ra-1f, yasnac i80.

I while ago the machine did'nt startup, jump out into dos mode when started.
Talked to yaskawa support, they thought it was the fc200 card, so bought a new one, but it did'nt do any differenc.

So now to my question, on the fc520 acgc card if i switch sw1 to "2" it startup, but the aux function wont work.
Yaskawa support says that the fc520 card need to be init. And reloaded? I have all the nc parameters but no software for the
Acgc??

Anyone have any ideas?
