Hey All,
I am looking for a g-code simulation software program for the lathe, preferably free. I would imagine there must be tons of super simple programs out there to this end, but if there are, I can't find them.
Seems like most packages are super high end, very expensive, 5 axis, etc.
I turn pins, screws, bushing and fittings using simple g code and want to have a simulator at my desk just to prove my code before I transfer it out to the lathe itself (Omniturn Attachement) Yes, the OT does have a "verify" feature, and I do use it, but it is super rudimentary. It would be cool to have a tool library, speed control features, etc.
Thanks for any info / ideas,
CE
