write feed in gcode file based on line steepness

Hello,

I am looking for a way to edit a gcode file to write the feed rate on every line that is steeper than a certain angle because the machine i work on gives me a error when traveling in Z on faster feeds.

G Code files are just text files, so pretty much any text editor will work.
