Cam package..

Hi.. Im getting into CNC with a 4th Axis rotary router.. I am starting to learn Ironcad. I don't have the router as yet but i have been looking into cam software.. Id like to be able to do indexed machining probably most cam packages will do this.. Also id like to be able to enter the raw stock dimension as a rectangular block rather than a cylinder.. What cam software allows for this.?
