Default is there any cam programing books you would recomend?

Just as the title says, I would like to learn how to make my own post processors. A decent text book would be nice. Does anyone have a recommendation for me?
    Thank you

Thanks for the link. I was also wondering if there is some book for Fusion 360 but wasn't very lucky for somehow. Started to learn it based on Autodesk Tutorials from the official website and from some videos on YouTube.
