Hello young man
maybe you want to give my program GrblGru a try.
It is free and can read DXF and SVG files and generate GCode from them.
You can find me 4 posts below in this forum.

Welcome!
Although not free, but certainly not expensive either check out SimplyLathe from MR-Soft Nc Software Tools
You can download and test without a license as well as run simulations on the generated G-code and a bunch of other features but you need a cheap license to save tool paths.
See what you think.
Hi GrblGru,
It is very worthwhile that you also post some more information about your software which I found here:
https://discuss.inventables.com/t/gr...d-lathes/44042
Your description of your software is very modest but personally I feel you have an absolutely marvelous/very clever piece of work there and you need some recognition.
For example, I have been looking (for a very long time) for affordable and decent software that can reverse engineer G-code back to DXF so I can edit it using my preferred Drawing/G-code/Simulation software (SimplyCam).
I have found very few but none like yours. It just works (creates all polylines and seems to have additional entries which are easily edited).
So easy to use as "Import NC" and "Export DXF" - brilliant!!!
Extremely useful for me - many, many thanks - from me, this feature alone is just magic!
Thanks (gee I seem to be repeating myself here :-)).
