I am looking for a cam program that will easily work in my business of producing aluminum sheet goods on a cnc router.
Let me give some details on the current situation- I currently have Vectric Cut2d Pro and have built a Kronos 50x62 cnc router. In my business I cut approximately 25 different sizes of aluminum sheet goods. Most of the sheets are square or rectangular with rounded corners. The sizes are all pretty much the same with a custom size thrown in every once in a while. When I need to cut several sizes I take a template file that was created in Cut2d that has the various sizes on different layers. So, I enable the layer that has the specific size needed and then copy and paste that size depending upon how many are needed for the job. I then repeat that process for other sizes required. All sheets are cut from a master sheet that is 49x63
I would like to have a cam program that I can choose the sheet size and quantity and then it nest it for cutting. The sheets can be of various sizes and quantities.
If this is possible with Cut2d I would like to know how but if I require a different CAM program, I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
Thanks!

Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude.
My personality is who I am. My attitude depends on who you are.
Paul Rowntree's CSV gadget may work, by allowing you to define your shapes in excel, then import into Cut2D Pro.
