    Default Spoil board solutions

    The issue;
    Assuming that our current spoil board set up is inconsistent as far as even level goes, and as a result the bit drags when it travels around the stock. So its cutting lines 1/4 in deep or so where it travels.

    I raised the 0 a little bit but wouldn't raising the 0 also alter the depth of my passes?

    What are some more reliable solutions for spoil board accuracy? Is there something we can do that will alleviate some of the inconsistencies?

    You need to surface it with the machine.
