Hi Jack,
The sharp inside corners within the case will make these parts much harder to machine. Part cost will be much lower if you can modify the parts so the inside corners have ~.065" fillets.

Hi all.
Looking for a UK or EU based manufacturer who could machine my product case for me.
Want it made from aluminium with a nice external surface finish for anodising.
The case dimensions are around 100x35x15mm for each A and B parts.
There are standoffs for internal PCB as well as channels for secondary boards.
On one of the parts there is the need for machining on the other side where there are holes for bolt heads to sit in as well as a 1/4-20 imperial thread mount.
This part also has a side hole for a power connector to go in. This is not a major thing to get done, I have to tools to do that hole but if you can do it on a machine, even better.
I have uploaded the design to here. It is just a prototype at this stage, things will change (nothing major) and has also be designed with 3D printing in mind.

(as I post this, Autodesk is still processing the file)
For now, screenshot
(again, designed for 3D printing, some parts wont be on the machined version if they don't have to be).
This is for a crowd funded product, we are doing a minimum of 25 to fun the campaign.
I am looking at getting at least 50 units made though (50x A part and 50x B part).
Possibly going up to 100 units if the campaign goes well.
Would also like 1-10 prototypes made depending on cost.
Feel free to send quotes via PM and I am here for any questions you have.
Thanks
Jack,

Thanks for the offers guys.
We have decided to go down the route of doing it ourselves with plastic milling instead of outsourcing for aluminium.
