Default UB1 from CNCDrive power up issue

    Hello all,

I have a UCCNC U300ETH UB1 combo running on my CNC for several years.
Everything runs very well with the exception of one thing.

On power up, sometimes, the UB1 is in a strange state until the UCCNC software is started.
All lights on the board are lit up and the relays are energized. This causes my VFD to energize the spindle.
Once UCCNC has started, the spindle stops again and everything works as it should.

I know I could put a relay on the charge pump output to kill power to the VFD, but I'm not sure if that pin output is functioning properly in this weird state either.

Anyone else experienced this strange behaviour?? Anyone know if there is a solution?

    Cheers!

If it's all working fine when on, I would just try having the e-stop engaged while firing it all up until uccnc is in control.
