IS there a plugin for my vfd model GT-7R5G-2 from Huanyang that work, I try ver 15.with no luck

Not that I know of, have you tried just using it as it is some have them working without a plugin, may depend on your control software but should be able to get it working

If not you can use PWM to Analog 0-10v for speed control and a digital connection for On / Off or a Relay will also work
