How are you controlling it? Are you sure it is getting a command to go faster? How are you commanding it? What is the max frequency that you set it to work at?

Hi guys. I have no Idea why, but I cannot rise my Hz more than 50. My invertor is Delta 11kw.
Can any of you take a picture of the proper way to connect the spindle and what do I have to do in UCCNC to get the wright result. It is first time for me to use motion controller instead of BOB and first time to try using UCCNC instead of Mach3.
P.S. I have master degree in managment, so I am not engineer at all, but I try my best.

I was trying to control it from the software, but I connected external frequency control. I was going to do it anyway, but I was trying to see if I can do it "the proper" way.
So I thing my problem is solved
The first thing you need to do is to understand if the problem is in the configuration of the VFD, the wiring, the configuration of the software.
Here are some thoughts:
- Test it with the panel of the VFD, make sure you can control the motor like you are expecting it to perform.
- When you change it to software control, make sure you get an analog output, a 0-10vdc proportional to the commanded speed.

Be aware that your VFD settings should never allow the spindle to go down to 50Hz, or you'll burn up the spindle.

Thanks to everyone for the advice. For now I will stay with the external potentiometer. It was the initial idea anyway. But I will start a brand new thread, just to tell the story of switching from Chinese WXHC MK6-V and Mach3 to AXBB-E with UCCNC...
