UCCNC can sometimes have issues with transitions to/from arcs.

Increasing acceleration or decreasing feedrate can help.
Using all G1 straight segments can also run smoother and faster sometimes.

CNC Drive is planning on writing a new Trajectory Planner, and will address this issue then.

When this planner update arrives any idea?

    I have acceleration on 900mm/s2
    And cuting feedrate 3500mm/s
    Rapids are 10000mm/s

    This is very anoing behavior.

Probably at least 6-12 months. They haven't started working on yet, that I'm aware of.

Can you set your accel higher?

Have you tried increasing the error tolerance settings?

Set you CAM software to generate lines (G1) instead of arcs (G2/G3) and then all the path will be lines and should be no more problem.

I agree with Olfcnc - export your dxf from fusion as polylines of a suitable length and this issue will clear up. UCCNC does have a glitch with arc ends occasionally that I have not been able to resolve. Only strategy has been the polylines. Peter

how I can set it up in fusion 360 ?

I want to try this one.

Maybe I can get higher acceleration something 1500 maybe but this is max i think.

Yes if you pick a big line length. I typically use 1mm or 1.5mm for the polyline length. Peter

Circles should cut just fine with arcs.

If you used line segments, you'd use about 100 for a hole, not 8.

You shouldn't see any difference in your finished parts when using G1 moves vs G2/G3 moves.
