UCCNC doesn't know what the actual speed is, unless you feed it an index signal from the spindle.
I have UCCNC hooked up to a 2.2kw (WC) & HY VFD through an eth300-UB1. I am using the UB1's analog output (0-10vdc) and the UB1 onboard relay. The spindle is working as it should (I think).
My question is that I think I should be seeing an RPM # showing in the Sact box on the run tab? I am in the process of trying to compare what UCCNC says it is sending vs what the VFD says it is doing to make sure my setup is configured correctly.
I have tried issuing s12000, S18000, ect...
The spindle speed changes as it should, just no display in the Sact box.
Thanks,
Rick
