    Default UCCNC help for acceleration?

    Hi all,

Im using UC100 with UCCNC. When I make parts (aluminum) the surface finish is not that good (i see like ripples) in the acceleration regions. Slow acceleration kinda solve the problem. I usually do Roughing with high acceleration and finishing with slow acceleration. Is there anyway to add a M-code or something in the Gcode file to change the acceleration automatically for roughing and finishing passes?

    Thanks.

My opinion is when you use a low accelaeration then you are not cutting enouph material . In the start your feed is to low .. and you are not cutting at all, so i think you have te speed up. and try constand velocety.
