    Default slatwall

hi, i am new in this forum and this is my first post.

i bought recently a cnc and i am trying to make slatwall.

the milling is done correctelly, the only issue is the skin of slatwall is broken in the edges.

i will post a picture to clarify.

please help me, i have invested 20 000$ in this machine, only to make slatwall, and i am not able to do it.

any ideas or opinion is welcome and very appreciated.

Looks like an issue with your tooling? Are you using a single tool to cut the slots? Maybe you need to cut the slot in the face first with a different tool?

Why do you want to make your own slatwall? It would be a lot cheaper and easier to just buy it.
If you plan on selling it, you're not going to do it with a $20,000 machine.
