Unhappy Help with a Fanuc OT - dry run

Hi, i'm new to this forum.

We have a Miyano lathe machine with Fanuc OT controller. we have a problem we cannot run axies in automatic mode while spindle is on (M03 S1500) until we turn on the dry run. When we try to run a interpolation (like G1, G2 or G3) the axis don't move just with dry run activated.

I wish you can help me to solve my problem.

also, check in the screen the actual rpm. if you dont have rpm the spindle encoder may be bad.
