There is no clamp M-code for Y-axis. There is however for B and C axis. How does Y-axis stay in place during heavy roughing (turning) operations that tend to push the axis? Is it supported by servo only, or is there some timer that locks the axis when not being positioned?
I'm talking about Integrex type machines, but this question applies to all lathes that have Y-axis.
