    Default Journeyman 325 Tree Mill

    Our Journeyman 325 with allen bradley 9 control intermittently drops the tool during machining cycle
    we do not know if we have type 1 2 or 3 spindel

    Look up in the taper. Rev 3 has collet with 6 balls and 6mm Allen screw in middle. Rev 2 has a collet with 3 balls and a knock-out button in center past the taper. Rev 1 has 6 pins, 3 each on two different levels past the taper. We rebuild them all. Bob@zpsusa.com

    the was metal chips up inside the collet so we are hoping now its cleaned the tool will not pop out now
