TREE 840 VMC - NEED HELP GETTING HER GOING!!! (pic inside)

Hello all,

I own a Tree 840 VMC that I have yet to see running!
See attached pic for the faults I am seeing.

On the rear of the machine on their are two cabinets. Facing the rear, the cabinet on the right houses what appears to be a power supply and driver boards. The cabinet on the left has a power supply and fan at the base but I realized this weekend that it's not hooked up.

I'm not sure if this is an auxiliary power supply or what it is - any ideas?

I'm also reaching out to zps to see if they will help.
