NEED HELP ABOUT TOYODA FA630 SER.NO. NM-9000

HI EVERY ONE.
PLEASE HELP ME.
My machine is FA630 with SER.No. NM-9000 by Toyoda.
Today, Unfortunenatly after power up on the screen that was blurred and can not boot up.
Follow the led status on the main board and opt board, i changed OPT board and the machine can boot up.
But it was lost all data that i no have any back up file also hard file.
So every one who have it please help me.
I so sorry because my english so bad.
