    I emailed them about a leak in the turret that I have. It can been seen in a photo I posted in the Through Coolant thread.



    They were nice enough to respond within a day stating:

    I don't currently have a gasket for that Turret in stock although I'm sure we could get one. The oil is an ISO VG 46. If you think it might be something you could tackle, I would be happy to provide the oil.
    They provided a link where I could purchase the oil.

    I responded stating I could change out the gasket.

    Nothing...

    Nothing...

    Month later. "Well, it hasn't stopped leaking yet, but I'm afraid that it will run out soon. Can you send the oil and I'll make a gasket for it?

    I assume this is a warrantable issue?"

    Nothing...

    Nothing...

    $15 bottle of oil or a $3k turret, Tormach?

    By now you have heard back from our Tormach support staff--your oil is on the way to you. Our case management software typically alerts us to responses from our users, but somehow we missed yours. Keep in touch!!
