TURRET NOT WORKING!!!

I have a tormach 15L its only about a month old and the turret wont work most of the time. First thing in the morning i have to tell the turret to go to tool one and i have to physically force it to move. once you fight it for about 2 minutes it will rotate on its own for the day, but the next morning same problem. ANY IDEAS?
