Machine keeps shutting down/ going into reset mode

I start running my gcode, and after a minute or so the machine stops, wants to be reset. States "communication error, check cabling and restart".
Thought it was the doors safety catch , but that only stops the spindle. I reset and run again, this time runs for 8 minutes (last one was 5).
Everytime it cuts off at a different time/spot/event.
This is a Tormach 44o and enclosure

Any ideas?

Have you checked the cable between the controller and the machine? Could have vibrated loose.
