Tormach AF50 question

The video at shows the Tormach AF50 horizontal bandsaw. I have what appears to be the same basic saw but mine was sold by King Tools, without any automation and cost about CDN$1200. The video shows a three-spoke handwheel, a large stainless steel (?) lump and a pressure gauge where my saw's blade tension knob is. Is this from Tormach or a third party? Any idea regarding the tension gauge's internals? I want one!
