Condition of machine:
In good shape. Been used for machining small knife parts for the last 6 years, but we have several other machines that make parts a bit faster so we haven’t used the machine much lately. So it’s time to sell. Machine has rarely seen a tool larger than ¼” diameter and has been machining titanium and tool steel.
First batch of coolant I bought with the machine from Tormach ate the paint, I quickly switched to Qualchem and problem went away.
Custom splash guard setup for the higher pressure coolant flow. We use a two tote coolant tank setup for coolant, this allows much more capacity and better filtration of coolant.
