    Default Tormach parts

I called Tormach about 3 weeks ago because I need to replace the flexible housing for the axis drives.

I spoke with someone in tech support and got a part number and that person told me he could not take my order, he had to send me to another department.

I got the voicemail from that department, I left a message and I still haven’t had a call back from that department.

It’s really looking to me like whatever department I was referred to is going to make a really good fit on the Haas sales force.

If you have the part number, you can search for it on the website, and order it there.
I did that with my busted coolant pump, but then the order never shipped. Filing a ticket about it went nowhere.
Finally, I called their shipping/sales department, and they got it on its way.
Clearly, something's falling between the cracks in that path, so that's what I would recommend:

    1) search the part number on their website, and place the order there
    2) wait a couple of days
    3) call their sales/order support and ask about the order number not having shipped yet
