    Default Editing custom_threads_xxx.txt

    Hi,

I just tried added 1/4-40 and 3/8-32 model engineer threads to custom_threads_sae.txt and couldn't get it to work.

I thought maybe the name was no good so just copied the 1/4 and 3/8 threads from threads_sae.txt over and changed the TPI and that didn't work either.

I rebooted between each edit assuming PP loads the file once and doesn't refresh.

I got what looked like two blank entries at the top of the threads list which then disappeared when I scrolled to the bottom and back to the top. I couldn't get the threads to show in either mill or RapidTurn PP.

Am I supposed to edit the file in the release directory, eg ~/v2.2.2/custom_threads_sae.txt? Or is the one read by PP somewhere else?

I don't use them but I just tried with v2.1.6 by editing the file under ~/gcode/thread_data/ (not in the release directory) and it seemed to work fine.
