Another option is to just upgrade to Pathpilot.

Hello Tormach Owners,
I have been searching for a post processor to allow me to use Solidworks CAM on my Mach 3 style PCNC 1100.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything suitable, so I have generated a version myself.
This post is not fully tested but appears to generate code similar to that generated by Sprutcam.
If anyone wishes to use this, please do so with caution.
If you have any feedback I'd be happy to continue modifying the PP.
Please note that this PP is for metric settings.

True, but if you've got a pile of gcode files that run on the Mach 3 version, you might want the ability to continue using them, and I'm not sure whether this is the case if you upgrade to Path Pilot.
Thanks, that's good to know.
