Tormach Way Cover Dimensions

Hi

Can anybody who owns a 770 or 1100 Tormach provide the measurements of the Z Axis way covers ? I'm looking to use them in another project and cannot get the information I need from Tormach directly.

Just a quick measurement with a ruler across the width of the covers from any owner of a 440 / 770 / 1100 mill would be really helpful.

I suspect most folks think you were looking for a disassembly and all the dimensions. LoL

My Series II 1100 measures 9 and 15/16" across, hope it helps.

That's very helpful. I'm looking for something a bit smaller (approx 180mm / 7.1") so will order a set from the smaller 770 machine and adapt.them.

I'd be happy to know what they are like when you get them. I am currently making a set of the telescoping sheet metal type but if that doesn't work out I'll be looking for another option. Price and what they are like on the inside.
