I would go with Norton, at least they are a known quantity.
I need two grinding wheels for a bench grinder. In the past I'd just get Nortons, but that was years ago Are there better choices today?. The application will be for sharpening HSS tools as well as grinding form tools.

I was a tool and die maker in a former life and Norton grinding wheels are as good a wheel as you’re going to find.

John, I emailed a pic of this, dont know if you got it or not. I use these eccentrics to balance a grinding wheel or anything that rotates and is out of balance, worksl well.
