Reading HAL pins from the Gcode side

For anyone interested there is a way to read HAL pins from the Gcode side. Tormach did not strip this function out YET (;-) So for now it does work.

#5506 = #<_hal[hm2_7i80.0.encoder.00.velocity]>

Brings in the hal pin value for the spindle encoder to check IF the spindle has stopped rotating

I have not figured out a way yet to read #params from the Pythion side. IF self.params() actually worked in general it would be great.
