    Default Help with Torchmate 4x4

Hello all, new here and new to cnc in general. I just bought a used torchmate 4x4 and am having an odd issue, everything I cut has a x axis dimension of 1/2 expected and a y axis dimension of 2x expected. In other words a circle cuts as an oval. G-code represents correctly however everything is too and skinny (for a lack of better words) help please and forgive the ignorance as I am just learning. I am assuming this is a software issue that I cannot find. Thank you

What Torchmate machine and software do you have, sound like the base math is off in the X and Y motor setup
