    Hi at all,

we got a problem at milling a component part .

We got an igs model from a customer. This was programmed, it was milled - and now it is rubbish.
The problem is, that in model where a constant curve should be - it exists of a sequence of faces.
    Even the manual doesn't help.
You see a constant curve (black) at the model, but the beneath volume (grey) is square. And that's the way it is milled.

Pic is attached. We think that maybe these faces are linked together or whatever...

I hope that anybody could help us, please - cause the customer neeeds it on Monday.

Thanks a lot in advance. Greetings

    Hello Teufelsfräser,

one alternative might be to build with ''Curve at angle > angle path" a guideline.
    Than ''deburring'' it
    and milling it with bypass.

    Greets, Silvio
