Default Retrofitting a Techno Isel DaVinci for a Gecko G540 and Ethernet Smooth stepper

First here is a video of the machine after retrofitting

I was tasked with installing a modern Gecko G540 and a Warp9 Ethernet smooth stepper. The machine is 20 years old and I found that all of the coupling inserts had failed. The stock stepper motors were demagnetized after testing them. I built a control box that runs the new motors at 60 IPM. I removed the existing driver printed circuit board and reused the existing connectors. I made a panel that connects the existing XYZ stepper motor cables that connect to my control box. Replacing the stepper motors with new square frame hybrid motors was difficult because the old 8 wires are soldered into a circuit board and there is barely enough room to to unsolder the old wires and solder the new wires it was not a job for someone that is not familiar with soldering and stepper motor wiring. I am very impressed with the modifications made and the performance.
