One of the issues our programmer is currently having is opening a file with a long name. I don't know exactly how many characters but sometimes it just refuses to open the file (Surfcam crash) or it just sits there and does nothing for 5 minutes. Just wondering if things like that are fixed or if we should go with what we replaced Surfcam with for the other programmers.
I think that the long filename issue was fixed some time ago. I use 2018 R2 and it seems to be very stable. I installed 2019 R1 and it does appear to have a few issues, so I went back to 2018... I think if you have 2015 then you're missing out on some useful updates, though I don't remember specifically, because I have CRS..!
