    Default vero technical support

    I have been a surfcam user for ever, and a edgecam solids user for since it came out. the recent changes to surfcam and edgecam make it impossible to get support in a timely manner. does anyone know how to fix the licenses issure that makes your sim license disappear? I ask surfcam last week and they still have not contacted me, and emergency on my part is not an emergency on there part even though I pay maintenance, this sucks.

    I'm not sure which Surfcam you're using but when we got that error in 2016 Surfcam my reseller told me to set cls.exe to high priority through the task manager. You'll have to do it every time you start your computer back up though. Very annoying.
